CHAIRPERSON
Rohith Katta is a man with numerous accolades to his name. He has been a state level chess player with a professional FIDE rating. He has been a member of the debate circuit and society since he was 12 and has been an active part of MUNs for over 8 years now. He is an avid musician with complete understanding of Musical theory and can play over 14 musical instruments. He has recently worked with Numerous regional political parties and worked in the areas influencing policy advisors. With a man of many talents, be prepared for a roller coaster ride.

Sai Sathvik Vadari, a recent CBIT graduate, works as a Senior AI Developer at 8bit.ai. Since 2013, he has been actively involved in debating in MUNs. Beyond his professional pursuits, Sathvik is passionate about football, particularly Manchester United, as well as fine dining, chess, and comic books. His curiosity and problem-solving mindset often make him wish if he could introduce the solutions moderated caucus at the very beginning itself. Along with the Executive Board, he wishes to inspire more young MUNners and looks forward to a fruitful debate.

With over five years of experience across 14 MUNs—as a delegate, OC member, Executive Board member, and part of the Secretariat—he has seen every side of how a Model UN conference functions. These experiences have taught him invaluable lessons in research, diplomacy, and leadership that he hopes to bring to this year’s conference.
His academic interests span debate, geopolitics, analytical history, finance, literature, logic, and philosophy. In the past, he has led school clubs, MUN delegations, sports teams, business projects, and held student council positions.
Above all, he values critical thinking, honest debate, and the freedom to ask difficult questions—especially the ones without easy answers. He hopes to make a difference as your Rapporteur while ensuring DISEC remains both intellectually challenging and genuinely memorable.
