EXECUTIVE BOARD

CHAIRPERSON

unnamed (5)_edited.png

After being advised not to use a pun to begin my introduction. Here you go : Why did the MUN delegate bring a ladder to the conference? Because they heard the stakes were high and wanted to climb the resolution!

Now that that’s over, Diya D is a IBDP2 student at Oakridge international school (The better one). She has been a part of the circuit for over 7 years. While she specialises in humanitarian committee as a delegate, she is versatile in terms of her approach to chairing model UN. From winning her first best delegate in the 5th grade to outstanding diplomacy at Best Diplomats International.

She is truly passionate about international relations and economics and strives to eventually pursue these fields in her career. Moreover her leadership and commitment to children’s quality education and women’s rights has been an essential component to her dynamic work.

Last but not the least, outside her range of blazers and button up shirts she is often found at the gym, playing car games, obsessing over Lando’s first F1 win, and Max’s 100th. She is honoured to chair at Sancta Maria 2024.

Aanya Jain or better known as “the delegate of Iran '' is currently pursuing humanitarian subjects for her IGCSEs, as an aspiring lawyer. Over the last two years in the circuit, Aanya has won multiple awards and served as an executive board member on numerous occasions. Outside of MUNs, Aanya is often indulging herself in literature or cheering for red bull as they dominate yet another F1 season. Aanya looks forward to serving you as your vice-chair and giving you a memorable experience!
